To view our webcasts your computer needs an audio sound card with speakers or headphones.  Not all of our webcasts offer teleconference numbers. For maximum viewing your monitor should be set at 800x600 resolution. You may need Windows Media Player 9+ or RealPlayer 10+ or Adobe Flash Player 8+ to participate.  You can go to downloads for these players here:
