The AMA is comprised of individual memberships. Currently, there is no company or organization membership. Hence, an AMA logo on company marketing materials is not appropriate. Additionally, AMA does not allow company to use the logo because of the perception that AMA endoreses the company (a la the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval). Again, this is not accurate. Also, the people and processes are not in place to decide which companies are endorsed and which companies are not endorsed.

The AMA does allow members in good standing to reference their AMA membership in their bios.
